Orange Vincotto by Gianni Calogiuri is first created by combining Malvasia and Negroamaro grapes into a vinegar that is aged in oak barrels for four years; allowing the flavors to evolve. A year before the aging process, oranges and wine vinegar are joined to enhance the orange aroma of the vinegar. Orange Vincotto is an excellent Italian vinegar for Italian recipes and dishes.
