200g boneless chicken breast, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
1 carrot, julienned

1 cup broccoli florets

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

Directions
Cook the Ramen
Boil water in a pot and cook the Samyang Nuclear 2X Spicy Chicken Ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still firm. Drain and set aside. Keep the seasoning packets for later use.
Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
