Today, there are so many different types of cheddar it is practically impossible to count. Of course there is mild cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, white cheddar and yellow cheddar. But as time has gone along, cheese producers have started making many different kinds of flavored cheddar cheeses. What to Make with Cheddar Cheese
Many people simply enjoy snacking on cheddar with crackers, but it is an integral ingredient in many other famous recipes. And while pizza is typically made with shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar is also often used.
