Savor this pecorino siciliano on a charcuterie board with high quality prosciutto.

Sanniti Pecorino Mbriaco d’Avola is a type of cheese made from sheep's milk that's produced in Palermo, Italy. This semi-hard Pecorino cheese is left to mature for 90 days and then is matured in Nero D'Avola wine for another month, infusing it with a mildly fruity flavor.
Enjoy this wine-soaked Italian cheese on your next cheese plate with a strong Italian red wine. Or add it to a cacio e pepe recipe, either alongside or as an alternative to pecorino romano. You can even grate it instead of parmigiano reggiano for pizzas, pastas, and grilled paninis.
