To this day, Beemster cheeses are made using artisan techniques and old world traditions: The curds are stirred by hand, and the brine can be traced back to the same mother brine brewed at the company’s founding!

Beemster Premium Classic Gouda Dutch Cheese is a traditional Gouda cheese that has been aged for 18 months. This type of Gouda has a nutty flavor and a firm texture.
