The company uses no artificial ingredients in creating their bitters, instead relying on natural herbs to bring out flavor. The bitters are made in a small Wisconsin brewing facility, and each step of the process is tightly controlled.
These Bittercube bitters employ real, natural ingredients such as chamomile, jasmine and orange peel. The floral and dried fruit aroma of the Bolivar bitters compliments light cocktails, including Champagne and the French 75 cocktail.
