Enjoy Bittermens Cocktail Bitters with dried herbs
These bitters combine Herbes de Provence, sage, parsley, and other herbs.
Add a dash of these bitters to citrusy drinks, vermouth cocktails, or club soda.
Founders Avery and Janet Glasser were living in San Francisco in 2007 when, inspired by a traditional Mexican cooking sauce, they came up with the prototype for what would become their Xocolatl Mole Bitters. From there, they would continue to explore unique, new flavors for almost every aspect of mixology. Bittermens takes traditional cocktail bitters' flavors and turns them into something entirely new.
Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters consist of Herbes de Provence, sage, parsley, and other natural flavors. These bright and woodsy herbs blend perfectly with the bitter flavor of cinchona bark. Herbal bitters such as these are often used in cooking, but they are also increasingly used as cocktail bitters. They mix very well with vermouth cocktails and sweet, citrus drinks.
