Any items you deem unsatisfactory due to damage or freshness can be sent back with a full refund including shipping costs. However, please note there is a 30 day return policy since we want to ensure that any returns are still returned fresh.

All orders over $99 ship for FREE. Including perishables! Orders under $99 have the standard $9.99 flat-rate shipping.
How are perishable orders shipped?
Orders that contain perishable* meats, cheeses, and caviar ship via 1 or 2-day air/ground shipping, depending on your location. If your order consists of both perishable and non-perishable items, your order may be split into multiple shipments that arrive on different days. So keep an eye on that tracking number!
*Some meats and cheeses are not considered perishable and are marked "refrigerate after opening"
How are my perishables kept fresh during shipping?
All perishable products ship with ice packs and insulated packaging. Some soft cheeses and caviar are shipped with dry ice.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
In the rare instance that a product is out of stock, our customer service team notifies the customer immediately and offers a replacement of equal / greater value or a refund.
