Peloponnese Roasted Sweet Red Peppers are made from a rare Greek pepper species called Florina, which is a luscious, crispy red pepper kind. These roasted peppers are ideal for stuffing! They are grown in the Macedonia and Thrace districts of Northern Greece. These roasted sweet peppers are marinated in a brine made with genuine wine vinegar and a touch of grape must for sweetness. The cooking choices are infinite - load them with black bean chili, tuna or crabmeat salad, or include them into salads, burgers, or sandwiches. Additionally, these are excellent for filling with cheese.
