Pastificio Gentile is an artisan pasta brand from Italy. Born from the great traditions of the Gragnano region, where pasta making is as much an art form as it is a means of employment, this historic pasta brand uses bronze molds and traditional drying methods to achieve superior pasta noodles.

Founded in 1876, Pastificio Gentile has a rich history of pasta-making in Gragnano. The company’s original focus was fusillo, a traditional pasta made by wrapping a long pasta noodle over a needle and drying it in the warm breeze. Over several decades, Gentile adapted to the revolutionary “Cirillo Method” of drying pasta within heated air racks and also expanded from fusillo to other shapes of pasta noodles. What has not changed is the company’s passion for good pasta, the quality natural ingredients, and the pride in replicating Gragnano’s old-world traditions in kitchens worldwide.
