How did the Cortas story begin?

Cortas was founded in the 1920s by Emile and Michel Cortas. The two worked tirelessly in pursuit of contributing to the great litany of beloved lebanese food. They began by making jams, but soon expanded to other types of Mediterranean food and beverages, including regional vegetables and sauces.  

What does the Cortas brand sell now?

While the Cortas brand originally began by selling jams and preserves, the food company now offers much more than that. Dips, beans, vegetables and instant Mediterranean food mixes can all be found in the Cortas product catalogue.

How do I use Cortas’ specialty waters?

Cortas’ flower-infused waters are bestsellers that have a variety of uses. Rose water and orange blossom water can both be used in skin care and spa remedies, as well as in food and drinks. These drinks are exceptional in terms of both healing and taste.
