Human Experience:

I was first introduced to this delicacy when I was in Spain. I was having breakfast at a small cafe in Madrid, and I ordered a plate of huevos rancheros. When the food arrived, I was surprised to see that the eggs were topped with a slice of this dry cured meat. I had never had it before, but I decided to give it a try.
