The Manners family has been crafting organic elderflower cordial for decades in the United Kingdom. Each year in June, 60 acres of elderflowers bloom on their farm. They harvest these flowers with help from the local community. Following a recipe from Mary Manner, the sweet, fragrant white flowers are used to make a natural cordial that is both light and refreshing.

As a participant of the UK’s Countryside Stewardship Scheme, Belvoir Farm uses sustainable farming practices that prioritize conservation of the local natural habitat. They feel a special connection to their land, taking up the slogan “crafted with nature” as both a mantra and a promise. They take special care to protect the land around their plantation, making sure that fallow deer and other wildlife aren't displaced by their farming.

No Artificial Ingredients

Belvoir's syrups and cordials are made without any artificial flavors or colors. Organic elderflowers are  instead combined with ingredients like lemon juice and beet sugar. This commitment to using only natural ingredients allows the distinct flavor of elderflower to shine in all of their syrups, mixers, and cordials.

The flagship product of Belvoir Farms is their organic elderflower cordial, but the company also makes delicious cordials and sparkling drinks infused with fresh-pressed fruits and other botanicals. Their non-alcoholic cordials and soft drinks are light and natural, featuring flavors such as blackcurrant, rose, lemon, and ginger. Mix these delicate syrups with carbonated spring water, lemonade, iced tea, and cocktails. We recommend combining it with prosecco or a similar white wine for a simple, delightful spritzer!
