These Peloponnese Kalamata Olive are dark purple, almond-shaped olives that are marinated in a red wine vinegar mixture with a touch of sweet grape must. Named after the city of Kalamata in the Peloponnese peninsula, these kalamatas are hand-picked and gently cured  to develop their full taste.
