This olive oil hits the palate with an initial sweetness, then moves to a subtle bitterness and peppery flavor at the end. This antioxidant-rich Olivar Santamaria EVOO is cold-pressed with a medium intensity. It is recommended for cooking, finishing and dressing. Best by November 2021.
