Parma Prosciutto Grassi Giuseppe Black Label is a whole prosciutto di Parma DOP that has been aged for 18 months by La Torre. Produced in the region of Emilia-Romagna, Grassi Giuseppe Prosciutto is considered the brand's flagship dry-cured ham. The black label is the crown jewel of all of their cured meats. With a protected designation of origin, this Italian meat’s authenticity is guaranteed. Serve thin slices on a charcuterie platter with melons and a pinch of sea salt. Or sample it with parmigiano reggiano, the king of Italian cheeses.
Our cured meats are shipped all year long, 1-2 day express or ground shipping depending on location. They are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging.
After opening, keep prosciutto in an air tight plastic wrap or vacuum seal. Refrigerate.
After opening, if stored correctly, the product will still have 6-9 months shelf life remaining. Some mold may form on the outer layers. This is completely normal. Use a clean rag and olive oil to wipe away the thin layer of mold.
