I have been using this balsamic for 5 years, so excellent tasting.
Hands-down the best balsamic vinegar I have ever used. Discovered it 25 years ago at a local butcher shop. Great on raspberry balsamic chicken, balsamic roasted brussel sprouts, chicken with balsamic peppers. Syrupy, thick, delicious.
This is a wonderful balsamic that belies it’s age. It is thick, syrupy, and imparts a wonderful flavor to pork, chicken, cheese, fruit and anything else you try it on. It tastes as good as many older aged balsamic without the cost. I highly recommend this balsamic.

This is our go to Balsamic. We use it in salads on sandwiches and in dishes we cook, It is very thick which is its differentiates for other aged balsamics. Its priced like a 10 or 20 year old but pours and tastes like a 50.
