                    Ingredients

                2 tablespoons olive oil 
- 1 onion, diced 
- 
                2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 2 carrots, diced 
- 2 celery stalks, diced 
- 1 zucchini, diced 
- 
                1 cup diced tomatoes 
- 
                4 cups vegetable or chicken broth 
- 1 cup cooked beans 
- 
                
1/2 cup small pasta 
- 
                
Salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese 
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened. 
- Add carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cook until vegetables are slightly tender. 
- Stir in diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. 
- Add cooked beans and pasta. Cook until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
