Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. Place the mushroom caps on the prepared baking sheet, hollow side up
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Chop the reserved mushroom stems finely and add them to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out mushroom caps, filling each one generously.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms to help them brown and prevent them from drying out.
Bake the stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden and bubbly.
Once cooked, remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the stuffed mushrooms warm as an appetizer or side dish. Enjoy!
