Fattoria Estense makes gourmet aged vinegars that are ideal for enjoying authentic Italian cuisine. Fattoria Estense's balsamic vinegar of Modena is also certified DOP, meaning it has a protected designation of origin. Aged Balsamic Vinegars
Fattoria Estense sells bronze, silver, and gold label versions of their famous balsamic vinegar. All of these products have been aged in wooden barrels, with a longer aging process allowing the vinegar to develop a more robust flavor. The bronze label is bottled after eight years. The silver label is bottled after ten. And the gold label is allowed 12 years to mature in the barrel, giving it the most complexity.
