Palacios Traditional Spanish Chorizo

Palacios first opened as a small butcher's shop in Albelda de Iregua in 1960. Since then, the establishment in Northern Spain has grown into an international producer of quality Spanish chorizo. Their traditional chorizo sausage is made with only four ingredients: pork meat, paprika, salt and garlic. Their cured sausages contain absolutely no preservatives from coloring.
