In 1904, Italian immigrants Giuseppe and Carmela Siano opened up Vincent’s Clam Bar in a Manhattan district that was quickly becoming known as “Little Italy.” For more than a century, through World Wars and The Great Depression, the moon landing and the Titanic, the restaurant has offered delicious, old world cuisine that reminds you of Nonna. Although the location has moved to Long Island, Vincent's is open to this day serving these original recipes that made it a destination. Available in bottles, Vincent’s pasta sauces are comforting, classic Italian fare that will bring a taste of Little Italy to your kitchen.
Use Vincent’s sauces to make classic Italian dishes such as homemade pizza, lasagna, and more. Mix your favorite pasta noodle with a flavorful marinara sauce for a quick weeknight meal, or serve as a dipping sauce for crostini on an Italian charcuterie board.
