These oil-packed anchovies are filleted and jarred by hand, just as Sicilians have been doing it for generations. To bring out their natural flavor, these small fish are packed with just two other ingredients: Olive oil and salt.
Use this fish to top pizzas and pasta recipes. Prepare a delicious Caesar salad dressing. Or enjoy straight out of the jar. To flavor some Mediterranean dishes, you can even use these fish in place of colatura di alici.
