Monograno Felicetti Kamut Spaghetti Pasta is made with wheat semolina flour from kamut. Kamut is a Khorasan-type durum wheat that is the ancestor of our modern grains. It is known for its rich, nutty flavor. This elbow-shaped kamut pasta is 100% organic and can be enjoyed in a wide range of pasta dishes.
