Balocco Pastefrolle are delicious Italian shortbread cookies made with free-range eggs. These biscuits go well with any breakfast, and their deep ridges make them wonderful for dunking in tea or coffee.

wheat flour 66,5% - sugar - sunflower seed oil - fresh eggs 5,5% - raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate - glucose syrup - butter - fresh whole pasteurized milk - salt - milk proteins. May contain tree nuts, peanuts and soya.
