Lisa is a brand of Italian fresh pasta imported by Antichi Sapori USA, a company that also imports Italian products such as extra virgin olive oil, scamorza cheese, caciocavallo cheese and more. Unlike dry pasta, Lisa fresh pasta (in Italian, “pasta fresca”) is soft and doughy — as if your nonna just made it herself! Because it is fresh, this Italian pasta requires a much shorter cooking time compared to dry pasta.

Lisa fresh pasta is made simply with durum wheat semolina flour and water, and comes in a variety of shapes.
